PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold structure capable of accurately and simply positioning part molds mutually and easily detecting the deterioration of the positioning accuracy caused by repeated a mold setting. SOLUTION: The casting mold structure 11 is constituted of two or more part molds 1 in which a cavity 2 is formed inside the set molds, and has a positioning means 4 for setting the part molds 1 and consisting of a guide pin 4a arranged in one part mold (lower mold 1a) and a guide hole 4b arranged in another part mold (upper mold 1b) to be engaged with the guide pin 4a. The positioning means 4 is arranged attachably/detachably to/from the part molds 1, and an annular groove 8 is formed in the outer circumference of the body 9 of the guide pins 4a. By the change in the depth of the groove 8 on account of the repeated engagement of the positioning means 4, the degree of wear of the guide pins 4a can be confirmed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
