A ball bearing rotatably supporting a rotating shaft (part to be supported) is provided with a control portion, a memory portion where a predetermined bearing initial information peculiar to the bearing is stored, a radio antenna for transmitting and receiving information between the memory portion and the outside, and a radio tag having a transmission/reception portion. When bearing operation information with regard to an operating condition of the ball bearing is input to the transmission/reception portion, the control portion causes the memory portion to memorize the operation information. The structure above makes it possible to provide a bearing for which appropriate information management can be facilitated and a management system and method for the bearing.
