<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control detail history information ranging over material purchase for each element component to an inspection content after completion of the element component, at one-to-one relation to each article or a lot-by-lot. <P>SOLUTION: The article 1 of a control object is an assembly of the plurality kinds of element components 2 ((1)-(3)). The plurality kinds of element components 2 ((1)-(3)) is manufactured through the material purchase S1, a forging process S2, a heat-treating process S3 and a grinding process S4. The information in each of the processes S1-S4 is recorded in an IC tag 4 together with the lot number of the process. After the element components 2 are assembled into the article 1, the recorded information in the IC tag 4 for the each element component 2 is recorded in a control computer system 10 to correspond to a production number or a production lot number. Another tag 9 is attached to the article 1 to record a production number or a lot number thereof. Working condition information in the respective processes of the forging, heat-treating and grinding processes are also recorded in the IC tag 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
