PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device case which is small, has satisfactory immunity and a satisfactory heat radiation effect. SOLUTION: The electronic device case 1 consists of a case main body 51 in which an electronic circuit consists of a plurality of independent blocks and the blocks are shielded and incorporated, and a cover 50 for housing the case main body 51. In this case 1 where a surface of mounting the case 1 is a bottom surface 50a, a plurality of connectors are laid on one side surface side 51a of the case main body 51, each of the blocks is engaged by the case main body 51 and an engaging means, and a portion other than the engaging means is provided with a space at the bottom surface, the upper surface and a side surface other than the one side surface of the case main body 51.
