PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heater tube in a curved shape easily, and to allow an in-tube unit body U to be used commonly for various shapes of sealed tubes for the heater tube, where the in-tube unit body U is inserted into the heater tube. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber string 2 are wrapped around the external surface of a cord-like body 1 made of heat-resistant fiber strings, to form a flexible heating body 11.
