PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-shaped street gutter block applicable not only to draining pavement but also to ordinary pavement, and capable of improving drainage performance of the road side of a roadway. SOLUTION: This L-shaped street gutter block has a block body 2 presenting a cross-sectional L shape arranged, so as to cover an upper opening part of a U-shaped groove 5, and a side surface drainage ditch 18 formed in the block body 2, so as to communicate with an under surface from a roadway side side surface of this block body 2. The block body 2 forms a catchment passage 19 penetrating in the longitudinal direction of the block body 2, an upper drainage ditch 20 communicating with the catchment passage 19 from an upper surface of an apron part 2B of the block body 2, and a lower drainage ditch 21 communicating with the under surface of the block body 2 from the catchment passage 19.
