PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an ink liquid drop with high accuracy by a highly accurate manufacturing process where not only the ejection pressure source but also the nozzle structure, the pressure chamber, the ink supply passage, and the like, are designed optimally in order to realize a high resolution, high speed printer having a small multihead nozzle in ink jet recording according to a conventional manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The process for manufacturing a conduction type ink jet head comprises a step for forming an electrode member formed on a substrate and becoming the ejection pressure source for ejecting an ink drop, a step for forming an ink channel pattern of soluble resin, a step for forming an ink channel wall and a coating resin layer on the soluble resin layer by coating it with coating resin including epoxy resin in solid state under normal temperature and dissolved into solvent, a step for forming an ink ejection opening in the coating resin layer, and a step for eluting the soluble resin layer.
