PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cutting machine which fulfills the main objects including equipment with cutting blades having stable cutting performance for a long time and adjustment of the contact conditions of workpieces with the cutting blade according to materials etc. of the workpieces by improving cutting-off performance through increasing the sharpness and toughness through improving component composition for a cutting blade made of cemented carbide, and by eliminating the tendency to crack, which is a bad effect caused by the increase of the toughness, through forming an appropriate curved surface at the tip end of the cutting blade. SOLUTION: The cutting blade 3 has a cutting tip 15 having cemented carbide sintered thereon. The cutting tip 15 contains 7 to 15% Co, and has a rounded cutting edge 15a having a radius R from 0.4 to 0.6 mm. The rotary cutting machine comprises a rotary cutter 1 having the cutting blades 3 provided with the cutting tip 15 arranged on a cylindrical rotary body 5, and a fixed cutter 2 which carries out the cutting in cooperation with the rotary cutter 1. Guide members 9 for adjusting contact conditions of the workpieces with the cutting blades 3 are provided on the cylindrical rotary body 5 at the positions in front of the cutting blades 3.
