PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a meso-structure using various materials in a small number of processes, at a low cost and in a short period of time, and also to provide the meso-structure manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the meso-structure comprises transferring the pattern of a honeycomb porous film to a pattern transfer material by filling the pattern transfer material in a mold comprising the honeycomb porous film manufactured by self-organizing.
