PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind cap with superior attaching/ detaching property for sealing liquid inlet/outlet ports of a separation membrane module, with no possibility of liquid leakage, easy in attaching and detaching, hardly damaging top faces of the liquid inlet/outlet ports and having superior durability. SOLUTION: Blind caps 7a, 7b, 7c are each obtained by integrally forming a cap part of a bottomed cylinder shape and a flat flange part extended toward the outside direction of the cap with an elastic material, and cap parts of the blind caps are respectively attachably/detachably mounted on the liquid inlet/outlet ports 6, 10, 11 of the separation membrane module.
