PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the formation of bubbles in blood caused by a bloodstream and to restrain red blood cells from breaking to prevent blood coagulation/thrombus extremely well, regarding a bubble eliminating chamber with a function of suppressing the deformation of hemocyte components. SOLUTION: This bubble eliminating chamber 2 has a side cap 1 at the upper end of a cylindrical part 5, and a lower cap 3 at the lower end of the cylindrical part while including a filter member 6. The side cap 1 has a main tube connecting part 9, and a part of the cylindrical inner surface of the side cap 1 is formed in a plane. Further, a through hole leading to the inner surface from the main tube connecting part 9 is provided in line with the plane. With such structure, the bloodstream is jetted toward the plane formed at the cylindrical inner surface of the side cap 1 and slowly flows along the plane and a cylindrical internal wall to prevent the formation of bubbles, and since direct abutting against a cylinder does not occur, the red blood cells are hard to break, so that blood coagulation/thrombus can be prevented extremely well.
