A sound damper located inside a duct (10) comprises at least one plate-shaped element (12) that extends essentially parallel to the flow-through direction (16) of the duct. Means (13, 14) for supplying and injecting a liquid (15) into the flow-through of the duct are integrated inside the plate-shaped element (12), preferably in the downstream area. The injecting means are preferably arranged in such a manner that the liquid (15) is injected at an angle of at least 30 DEG to the flow-through (16). The inventive sound damper is used, for example, in the intake duct of a gas turbine group. |
