Procedure and device for production of partially hollow cone reinforced-concrete pillars. Concrete pump (11) under pressure performs transportation of concrete mass to steel core (20) which over its perforations (3) evenly distributes concrete mass in mould (2) and under pressure of concrete pump (11) performs partially building in the concrete. Metal mould (2) for outside shaping of concrete has two semicones lower (3) and upper (1) which are assembled and disassembled by bolts (10) and metal wedges (8) which have longitudinal proppings (7) where 'U' profile (11) gives stability to mould during positioning on vibrant-benches. Steel core (20) is intended for inside shaping of concrete and regular distribution of concrete mass and consists from flange for pump connection to concrete (1) of cylinder long 50 sm (2) and frustum cone (4) On frustum cone (4) there are perforations (3) and shape of these prevents deformations on inside concrete surface during core extraction. Other embodiment binds directly steel core (20) and concrete pump (11), which over rails (29) by electric winch (10), moves in two directions for pulling and extraction of steel core.
