<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food pulverizing method by which food can be pulverized without exerting an adverse influence on the quality of a product, and to provide food and drink obtained by using the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the food pulverizing method for pulverizing a coarse particle being the food to be pulverized by feeding a dispersion liquid obtained by dispersing the coarse particle in a dispersion medium to a wet pulverizer, a food additive which is insoluble or hardly soluble in the dispersion medium, is added to the dispersion liquid, which is then fed to the wet pulverizer. According to this method, the coarse particles being the food can be effectively pulverized. Even when the coarse particle is worn or broken at the pulverizing step and the worn or broken particle is mixed in the product, the worn or broken particle does not exert the adverse influence on the quality of the product since the coarse particle is the food additive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
