<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To well keep the state of the image printed on a radio discriminating label while preventing the damage of the IC chip or the like in the radio discriminating label when the radio discriminating label for use in the radio giving and taking of data is manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of manufacture of the radio discriminating label 70 obtained by bonding a first transparent label base material to a strip-like tape 16 containing at least one of a radio discriminating antenna conductor and the IC chip 64, an image is formed on the laminated film 11 not containing the IC chip 64 or the like before the laminated film 11 and the strip-like tape 16 are bonded. Further, when the image is formed on the laminated film 11, the image is formed on the surface, which is bonded to the strip-like tape 16, of the laminated film 11.
