ECCENTRIC ROTOR AND AXIAL AIR GAP TYPE BRUSHLESS VIBRATION MOTOR COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance even in a thin pivoting part and to provide sufficient strength while reducing the thickness of a members, in pivotting by using an axial air gap type magnet.

SOLUTION: An arcuate eccentric weight 9 of a copper tungsten alloy is bonded by welding or the like to a thin yoke plate 6 having a thickness of 0.2mm or less which is the outer periphery of an axial air gap type resin magnet 8 comprising a plurality of magnetic poles, as an eccentric rotor R. A metal member 8a is arranged on the inner diameter side of the axial air gap type magnet. The eccentric rotor having this configuration is pivoted on a bearing 7 through the metal member.
