<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of a sample handling device caused by the peeling of the adhesion surface between first and second members in the sample handling device, where the first and second members are joined. <P>SOLUTION: The second plate member (second member) 3 is pushed into space surrounded by sidewalls 6a-6d in the first plate member (first member) 2, and an adhesive surface 3a of the second plate member 3 and an adhesive surface 2a of the first plate member 2 are adhered and fixed by an adhesive. In this case, the second plate member 3 is positioned in X-Y directions by projections 35, 36 at the side of the first plate member 2, and is positioned and fixed in the Z direction (the normal direction of an outer surface 7) by retaining members 8-13 and inner retaining members 26, 27. As a result, even if outer force operates on the sidewalls 6a-6d of the first plate member 2, the slide of the second plate member 3 to the first plate member 2 is prevented, thus preventing force for peeling off the adhesion surfaces 2a, 3a of the first and second plate members 2, 3 from operating easily. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
