<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oligosaccharide-based composition useful in applications including functional health food, obtained specifically by improving a liquid( syrupy ) oligosaccharide to a highly viscous form easy to handle such as mayonnaise, toothpaste, soft butter or cheese. <P>SOLUTION: The highly viscous oligosaccharide-based composition comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. of an oligosaccharide syrup 50-90 wt.% in concentration and (B) 1-30 pt(s). wt. of a fatty acid glyceride. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
