<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a fundamental technique upon evaluating the output and the power generating amount of a solar cell is 'to create an I-V curve under an arbitrary sunshine strength or a solar cell temperature from a solar cell characteristic value', however, there is no established technique yet while the execution of a stabilized evaluation is necessary in spite of the severeness of sunshine fluctuation, however, it is insufficient in this point. <P>SOLUTION: Various methods for solving the fundamental formula of the solar cell from the given characteristic value of the solar cell is established to be colligated to the creation of the I-V curve and the evaluation of the solar cell. The investigation of sunshine conditions is shown, in which the strength of sunshine is stabilized, and a method (using an accumulated amount of power) capable of carrying out a stabilized evaluation even in a time band wherein the fluctuation of sunshine is severe.
