PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance treatment capacity of a filter press without increasing its size. SOLUTION: Filter plates 26, 28 are disposed at both sides of a fixed body 12 provided at a central part, and presses 36, 38 pressing these toward the fixed body 12 are provided at both sides of the filter plates 26, 28. The fixed body 12 is provided with slurry supply ports 14, 16 supplying slurry to a compressing chambers between the filter plates 26 and 28, and pipes 18, 20. The slurry sent from pumps 22, 24 to the slurry supply ports 14, 16 is placed into respective compressing chambers via the pipes 18, 20 and supply passages 30, 32. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
