PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal ornament for protecting personal security capable of sufficiently exhibiting a decorative effect of a light emitting element by a switching element. SOLUTION: In the personal ornament having an electric source, the light emitting element and the switching element in a personal ornament main body, the personal ornament main body (a pendant body 1) is composed of a decorative part 2 and a light emitting driving part 3. The decorative part 2 is provided with a flower core recessed part 4 at the central part, and has a rising top part 5 from the flower core recessed part 4 and the outer end is bent down. A plurality of light-permeable flower pedals 7 on each of which a radial irregular reflection part 6 is provided, are provided. An LED 8 emitting a plurality of colors is projected in the flower core recessed part 4 so as to make the top face to the same level as the top part 5.
