PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining mechanism and a legless chair equipped with the reclining mechanism capable of freely changing an angle to an optional comfortable angle in a seated state. SOLUTION: This reclining mechanism is provided with a turning means with a turning side frame part rotatably connected to a fixed side frame part through a turning shaft, and a spring provided with resiliency balanced with load applied to the turning side frame part, according to a rotating state by the load is provided between the turning side frame part and the fixed side frame part.
