PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television which can be installed on a wall etc. SOLUTION: Provided is the television which is constituted by integrating a liquid crystal panel 1000 having many TFT elements in matrix constitution, cold cathode tubes 1001, and a tuner 1002 and can be installed on a wall etc. The liquid crystal panel has a matrix circuit having the TFT elements in matrix constitution, a driving circuit having a PLL synchronization timing generating circuit, and a driving circuit having a comparator circuit.
