摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a semiconductor device and reduce the cost of the entire charging circuit without increasing the chip size of the semiconductor device integrating a plurality of parallel monitor circuits and without placing additional load on a bypass circuit. SOLUTION: The parallel monitor circuit comprises: voltage detecting means R11 to 51, R12 to 52 for detecting voltages of capacitors C1 to 5; comparators CMP1 to 5 for comparing each output voltages outputted from the voltage detecting means; and bypass switching elements Q 1 to 5 controlled by outputs OUT 1 to 5 from the comparators. All of the comparators CMP1 to 5 are supplied with power by a direct-current power source Vb, and voltage control means M1 to 5, R13 to 53 are provided between output circuits of the comparators and the bypass switching elements Q 1 to 5.
