PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive element which is a complex body of an elastic body and a soluble body operating by the release of elastic body from stressed state due to the solution of the soluble body, or by the generation of a thermal stress, with guaranteed stability for a long period. SOLUTION: A soluble body 2 is combined with an elastic body 1 in a stressed state, and the stress of the elastic body is supported by the soluble body 2. The elastic body is a porous elastic sheet, pored elastic plate, or a reticulated elastic body, and the soluble body 2 is a soluble alloy or a thermoplastic resin filled in the holes or the mesh of the elastic body.
