PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processor capable of switching selectively a first video signal and a second video signal by using a gradation level signal of an arbitrary color element included in a base video signal. SOLUTION: The processor is equipped with: a color specifying means for specifying gradation levels selectively in respective color elements of R, G, and B; a key signal generating means for outputting a key signal when the gradation levels of respective color elements specified by the color specifying means coincide with the color component of the first video signal; and a video signal switch means for switching the first video signal and the second video signal selectively according to the key signal and outputting them.
