PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a script creation management device for a CG animation capable of easily creating a script for the CG animation and flexibly coping with rewriting of the script. SOLUTION: This device comprises a means connected to the Internet for receiving script parameters accessed from a computer of a person desiring to combine the CG animation, a means for managing character data as the generation origin of the CG animation, a means for creating a script file (b) on the basis of the script parameters received from the computer (a) of the person desiring combination and the corresponding character data, correlating the file (b) to a unique URL (c) and registering it into a database, a means for sending a link command text (d) to the URL (c) to the computer (a) of the person desiring combination, and a means for sending the script file (b) to the computer accessing the URL (c).
