PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always grasp a state of an impeller inside of a blower during rotation to allow anticipation of breakage of the blower, by solving a problem wherein it is impossible to visually check the state of the impeller while operation of the blower is stopped, depending on operation states of a production factory. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic sounds are applied from a reference position to the impeller rotating in the blower. By measuring a reflex time from the impeller to the reference position, vibration of the impeller is detected as displacement of a position of the impeller and then the impeller is monitored.
