PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of a cap and a spout which enables an easy view of unsealing, and a packaging container including the assembly. SOLUTION: The assembly of a cap and a spout includes a cylindrical spout, and a cylindrical cap to be mounted on the spout. An external thread is provided on the external surface of the spout, and a circumferential projection is provided at the base end of the external thread. The cap is equipped with a cylindrical cap body having an internal thread to engage with the external thread of the spout and a cylindrical ring on an opening side of the cap body via a circular slit. The cap body and the cylindrical ring are coupled via a plurality of joints integrally formed with the cap body and the cylindrical ring across the circular slit on the rear of the cap body and the ring. The cylindrical ring is equipped with a plurality of vanes folded inside the ring, and the vane is limited in the axial movement by the circumferential projection. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
