PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear gate structure of a vehicle without deteriorating durability of a rear gate itself by improving a degree of freedom in design of the rear gate constituted using a light material and securing rigidity of a window shoulder portion. SOLUTION: An outer panel 17 or an inner panel 18 constituting a rear gate 10 is split-molded upwardly and downwardly at a window shoulder portion 19 mounted to a rear gate glass 15. The rear gate 10 is constituted under condition that the split window shoulder portion 19 is overlaid at least double. This increases rigidity of the window shoulder portion 19 at the outer panel 17 or the inner panel 18, and improves a degree of freedom in design. Also, rigidity of the outer panel 17 or the inner panel 18 itself split-molded upwardly and downwardly is secured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
