PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately discharge a foreign matter such as a work to the outside a device. SOLUTION: The crushing treatment device 10 has a crushing rotor 34 having a plurality of crushing blades 36 provided on a cylindrical outer peripheral surface; a fixing crushing plate 30 positioned at the outside the crushing rotor and crushing the object to be treated in cooperation with the crushing blades formed on the crushing rotor; a motor connected to a shaft of the crushing rotor and normally/reversely rotating/driving this; and a driving means for driving and controlling the motor. An opening 15 is provided on one side of a side surface of a crushing chamber so as to receive the object to be treated thrown from a side. A connection part 14 having walls at both sides and an upper part and having a hole 62 formed on at least a part of a lower part is mounted to the opening 15. The fixing crushing plate 30 is arranged so as to be opposed to the opening 15 and the crushing rotor 34 is arranged between the opening 15 and the fixing crushing plate 30.
