Electronic circuit board is manufactured with both external and internal conductor tracks

The electronic circuit board has outer [1,2] and inner [3,4] conductor tracks. The inner ones are formed on an insulating carrier [5] and after etching the tracks are covered with a filler material [7] onto which the outer tracks are formed. Through contact sleeves are inserted [9] to provide inter track connection to electronic components.
