PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply instruction device for instructing the supply of supplies to a supply destination in a proper timing.

SOLUTION: This device comprises a component information storage means 20d for storing component information of supplies constituting a product; an order information fetching means 10 for fetching order information from an order card D taken off from the product; a component information extraction means 20a1 for extracting component information corresponding to the product shown by the fetched order information from the component information storage means 20d; a quantity calculation means 20a2 for calculating the quantity of supplies to a manufacturer shown by the order information; a supply instruction information generation means 20a3 for generating supply instruction information for instructing supply of the supplies to the manufacturer shown by the fetched order information; and a supply instruction information output means 20a4 for outputting the generated supply instruction information for instruction of the supply.
