<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid laser apparatus which effectively suppresses light noise by feedback control which is carried out by an output control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A solid laser apparatus is provided with a low-pass filter (9c) and a high-pass filter (9d) or a band-pass filter (9f) in its output control circuit (8, 9 and 10) for increasing the gain and adjusting the phase of a signal in the vicinity of the relaxed oscillation frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
