PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converting device which can be more increased in numerical aperture. SOLUTION: Pixels are two-dimensionally arranged on a semiconductor substrate, and at least two lines out of a selecting line 101 connected to the gate of a transistor for selecting pixels, an initializing line 102 connected to the gate of a transistor for initializing pixels, and a transfer line 103 connected to the gate of a transistor for transferring signals outputted from the photoelectric converting element of the pixels are of a laminated structure, composed of a first conductor containing a polycrystalline semiconductor and a second conductor which contains polycrystalline semiconductor and is formed on the first conductor through the intermediary of an insulating layer.
