<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal movement path including information such as a regular route transport facility to the mobile terminal of a user, and to realize the cash-less settlement of transportation expenses in the whole movement paths. <P>SOLUTION: When a destination is transmitted from a user terminal with a GPS function, a service server retrieves a recommended route including the information of various traffic facilities, and returns it to the user terminal. When a user selects any route presented by the user terminal, the information of the user is notified to the traffic facility included in the route, and reservation arrangement is made if necessary.
