PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sounding apparatus easy to be installed and utilizing a piezoelectric element which is efficiently emitted while being interlocked with sounding. SOLUTION: On one side or both sides of a metal sheet or an electro-conductive sheet, piezoelectric elements are stuck and two or more pairs of electrode lines are provided. The one pair is connected to an amplifier and the other pair is connected to a light emitting body. When an input of a sound signal from the amplifier is received, the piezoelectric element is vibrated and in response to the vibration, the light emitting body is made electromotive and emits light, thereby efficiently emitting light interlocked with sounding. Further, all the electrode lines of the light emitting body are connected to the piezoelectric elements and housed within the sounding apparatus, thereby facilitating installation without protruding out excessive electrode lines.
