PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch making a movable contact come into contact with and separated from a fixed contact, which is made small in size by reducing the height of the fixed contact. SOLUTION: The movable contact 13 is freely rotatably supported on a conductor 6 penetrated through one bushing 2 on one side out of bushings connected to a high voltage wiring circuit, and a conductor 6 penetrated through the bushing 2 on the other side, and the movable contactor 13 is rotationally driven by an operation mechanism part and made to be contacted with and separated from the fixed contact 28. The fixed contactor 28 is mounted so that the direction in which a supporting part 29 of the conductor 6 and a contact face of the movable contact are arranged alignedly with the axial direction of the conductor 6.
