PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently solve the concern of the deterioration of strength at the bearing part of a core bar in the cutting work of the core bar with which the printing of a special medium represented by plain paper and an envelope is realized by using a single machine model and which has a difference in thickness. SOLUTION: After both ends of a metallic pipe stock are expanded by expanding work, drawing work so as to form the bearing part is applied to both expanded ends and then, the cutting work of an outer diameter is performed.
