PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeved pipe joint capable of jointing pipes with a simple operation, with no leakage of a fluid from a connection part for an extended period. SOLUTION: A sleeved pipe joint 10 comprises a joint body 11 composed of a cylinder 12 internally fitted to a connection pipe 30; and a near cylindrical sleeve 20 which is provided around the connection pipe 30, and comprises a small diameter part 21 capable of contacting the outer peripheral surface of the connection pipe 30, and a large diameter part 24 connected to the small diameter part 21 through a connection part 26. By compressing the sleeve 20 in axial direction, the connection part 26 is sheared for the large diameter part 24 to ride on the small diameter part 21 so that the connection pipe 30 is pinched between the cylinder part 12 and the sleeve 20. The small diameter part 21 comprises a conical part 27 for guiding the large diameter part 24 and an annular part 29 extended from it in axial direction. The large diameter part 24 is composed of a pressurizing part which contacts the conical part 27 and the annular part 29 as well as a stepped part 203 which is larger in diameter than it.
