发明名称 JOINTING METHOD AND STRUCTURE OF PISTON AND CONNECTING ROD WITH ECCENTRIC AXIS
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a lateral pressure between a piston and a cylinder liner, and solve air suction shortage due to rotational speed of a four-stroke cycle engine and a two-stroke cycle engine. SOLUTION: A joint part between the piston and the connecting rod is formed of an eccentric axis by the following way.: An eccentric ring bush is inserted into both sides of a piston pin hole, a piston pin is inserted into the eccentric ring bush and a connecting rod small end portion bush, and both sides of the piston pin is fastened with a snap pin or the like. This joint method with the eccentric axis allows the lateral pressure to escape. When only the piston moves to the bottom dead center, the moving speed is decreased by rotation of the eccentric axis so as to stop only the piston near the bottom dead center, and when the piston moves to a crankcase, distance is varied so as to allow the piston to reach or not to reach to the bottom dead center by air suction amount, thus solving air suction shortage.
