PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool cooling water of a heater such as engine cooling water and an intercooler without complicating structure of a radiator. SOLUTION: While an engine cooling circuit is formed by connecting an engine 1 and the radiator 11 with pipes 21, 22, an intercooler cooling circuit is formed by connecting the intercooler 2 and the radiator 12 with pipes 23, 24. The engine cooling circuit and the intercooler cooling circuit are connected through pipes 25, 26, and valves 6, 7 are provided in pipes 25, 21. The valve 25 is closed at the time of low load travelling. While the valves 6, 7 are opened at the time of high load low speed traveling, rotation of an electric pump 4 is reduced, and a part of the engine cooling water is led to the radiator 12. While the valves 6, 7 are opened at the time of high load high speed traveling, the rotation of the electric pump 4 is increased, and a part of the intercooler cooling water is led to the radiator 11.
