PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air supply device used for supplying compressed air to, for example, an analyzer, installable in a reduced space, and manufacturable with a low-cost. SOLUTION: In the compressed air supply device equipped with an air tank for filling compressed air, a hollow section of a non-exclusive facility not exclusively used for the air tank is formed as a compressed air filling chamber of the air tank. For example, a metal pipe 8 for installing the analyzer on the ground is used as the non-exclusive facility, a hollow section of the metal pipe 8 is formed as the compressed air filling chamber.
