PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the clogging of foreign matters in a discharge port of a drainage pump to be mounted in an air-conditioner. SOLUTION: The drainage pump 1 has a rotary vane 100 to be driven by a motor 10, and a housing 50 storing the rotary vane 100 has a suction port 60 and a discharge port 70. The housing 50 has a pump chamber 52 encircled by an inner periphery wall 56, and drain water pressurized by the rotary vane 100 is discharged from the discharge port. A stepped portion 56a is provided on the upstream side of an inlet portion 74 of a discharge passage 72 in a rotating direction R<SB>1</SB>of the rotary vane 100.
