PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually confirm a liquid amount in a liquid sump part from the outside, and to certainly supply liquid to the liquid sump part. SOLUTION: At least a part of a second liquid reservoir forming member 24 forming the liquid sump part 20 by being combined with a first liquid reservoir forming member 11 has translucency that can visually confirm a liquid level in the inside of the second liquid reservoir forming member 24 from the outside. The second liquid sump forming member 24 is also provided with a liquid supply port 25 for supplying liquid O into the liquid reservoir part 20. By visually confirming from the outside the liquid level in the inside of the second liquid sump forming member 24, the liquid amount in the liquid sump part 20 can be confirmed. While confirming increase of the liquid level in the part having translucency, the liquid O can be certainly supplied from the liquid supply port 25 into the liquid sump part 20.
