PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pharmaceutical having RFRP receptor function regulating action. SOLUTION: This RFRP receptor function regulating agent contains a compound expressed by formula (I) [ring A is an aromatic ring which may be substituted; ring B is a benzene ring which may be substituted; X is O, S(O)n(n is an integer of 0 to 2) or NR3(R3is H, a hydrocarbon group which may be substituted or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted); and R1and R2are each H, a hydrocarbon group which may be substituted or a heterocyclic group which may be substituted], its salt or its prodrug.
