PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a space for arranging a link mechanism such as a working machine elevating mechanism, etc. by constituting an interlocking mechanism of an operating device on a working vehicle. SOLUTION: This operating device of the working vehicle is arranged on the working vehicle having frames 15 to support an engine E, a hydraulic transmission 10 to be driven by the engine and forward and backward operating means 31, 32 to be interlocked with an output control means 38 of the hydraulic transmission, an input shaft of the hydraulic non-stage transmission 10 is offset against the output shaft of the engine E, the hydraulic non-stage transmission 10 is arranged on one side between the frames 15, 15, a holding means 36 to hold the forward and backward operating means 31, 32 at a specified angle is provided between the frames 15, 15 and a rod 37 to connect the output control means 38 and the holding means 36 to each other is arranged in the neighborhood of the inside of the frames 15.
