PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable ink jet print head which has a high definition and an excellent anti-corrosion characteristic, and a liquid droplet injection device which is equipped with the head. SOLUTION: An ink jet head is composed of the following: a chamber plate where two or more compression chambers for storing ink are formed; a vibrating plate which is adhered to the chamber plate; a housing which has an ink path to supply ink to the above-mentioned compression chambers; an orifice to inject ink from the above-mentioned compression chambers; and a piezoelectric element in a longitudinal oscillation mode which generates pressure for injecting ink droplets from the above-mentioned orifice. The plate thickness of the above-mentioned vibration plate is in a range of 5∼10μm, and the vibrations of the piezoelectric element are transmitted to the compression chambers efficiently.
