PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film manufacturing method by resin-printing which enables the productivity to be substantially improved with the waste of a film rolled-web being minimized and a film manufacturing device of the film. SOLUTION: The method as well as device comprises a step of feeding the film rolled-web to a printing-roller side on the surface of which a plurality of concave channels have been formed, a step of injecting a resin into the concave channels formed on the surface side of the printing roller, a step of making the resin in the concave channels printed on the surface of the film rolled-web by making the film rolled-web contacted closely with the surface of the printing roller and a step of rewinding the film on the surface of which the above resin has been printed with an embossed-shape.
