PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink extraction device suitable for such a case that all the ink in its can is not necessary to be extracted. SOLUTION: In the ink extraction device 100, in which the ink in its can 1 is extracted through an opening part 11 by compressing the ink can 1 having the opening part 11 on its bottom part, a bottom part mounting member 20 equipped with a passage 21, one end of which communicates with the opening part 11 and the other end of which faces to the outside.
